Free product logo customisation with no minimum order quantity, packaging customisation, new product development and design based on customer-provided samples are available for project review.
Protocol customisation capabilities include ASK, FSK, Bluetooth and Silvair-compatible Bluetooth solutions. The available configuration is assessed for each project; standard models do not automatically support every protocol.
Design, development and tooling fees, drawing and sample approvals, ownership of project deliverables, confidentiality arrangements, and warranty and after-sales terms are discussed and agreed with each customer for the specific project.

Is there a minimum order for customisation?
Product logo customisation is free with no minimum order quantity. Custom packaging starts from 1,000 pieces per model.
How are lead times calculated?
All preparation and lead-time estimates are in working days, starting after payment and applicable customisation details are confirmed. Shipping transit time is separate.
Can you develop a design based on my sample?
Yes. Share your sample or sample photos and the required functions. We will review feasibility and agree the development scope, commercial terms and schedule with you.
